Margaret’s career spans over thirty years in the corporate sector, the majority of this in senior management roles. She has extensive business leadership experience for large multi-nationals. She has a strong sales and marketing background in the FMCG sector and has a track record of delivering growth and profit.
Margaret has managed teams for the majority of her career and has a strong understanding of business principles and human nature.
In consulting, Margaret has created “think space” for herself so she can be part of the bespoke problem solving team at Wilde & Freeman applying the “wisdom with hindsight” she has gained over her career.
In addition to working and raising a family with her husband, she has been involved in the voluntary sector and has held leadership postions on industry associations.
She has a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Waikato University.
