Sara has been working within Human Resources for over twenty-five years. Prior to starting her own business in 1994, she spent six years working for large international Human Resource consultancies delivering a range of HR services to leading organisations in the private and public sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Her earlier career spanned ten years of general management, sales and marketing, and administration roles, giving her a strong understanding of business fundamentals and commercial realities.
Sara’s expertise lies in her ability to use her depth of understanding of HR, and wider business acumen, to provide high quality, specialist advice and direction to a wide variety of organisations.
Sara has a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Otago (1987). She is also a MBTI (Myers Briggs) Advanced Practitioner and is a LEADR qualified mediator.
She has been a Rotarian (a past president and a Paul Harris Fellow) of the Half Moon Bay Club for 17 years, has also been a Director of Trade NZ (the Trade Development Board of NZ) and is currently Commodore of the Bucklands Beach Yacht Club.
